In-Person Training

Located out of W.O.L.F. Fitness Brigantine and W.O.L.F. Fitness Absecon, we offer both personal and small group training options that are designed to help you get the results you’ve been looking for and be your best self. Our personal training provides you with a fully customized plan that is specifically tailored to your needs and goals. Group training consists of anywhere from 4 to 12 people, and this option gives you the camaraderie of working with others while still receiving the benefits of working with a trainer.

Online Coaching

Delivered exclusively via our custom training app, our R.E.A.L. online coaching plans give you the freedom and flexibility to work with us from anywhere. Our full-service online coaching provides you with fully customized training and nutrition plans to your needs and goals, along with activity management and supplement guidance. Weekly check-ins are submitted right through the R.E.A.L. Training app, and you receive personalized video feedback for each check-in. You also receive 24/7 text communication with your coach so that you always have everything you need right at your fingertips.
